These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    Our store is hosted on Vant Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

    1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

    We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

    Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

    Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or are not authorised to enter into legally binding contracts through this site. If you do not qualify to do so do not use this site.

    We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both on and offline will have their payment processed by BARCLAYS on an external site managed by BARCLAYS or one of its agents.

    We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

    we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested; or

    we do not deliver to your area; or

    one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.

    If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

    We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

    2. CANCELATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    You may cancel your order with us for the goods you have purchased at any time up to close of business on the 7th working day from the date you received confirmation of your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty.

    Your right to cancel your order with us for the goods is subject to:

    you not having worn or damaged the jewellery; and

    you not having removed any security tags from the item if present.

    3. TO RETURN YOUR GOODS

    Call 02037272632 or email info@vantjewellery.com by close of business within seven working days of receiving your purchase. Overseas customers will be given a “Returns Authorisation Number” that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must also write in large letters on the outside of the package; “RETURNED GOODS“. You must ship the parcel back to us using Fedex International Shipping ONLY. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company.

    UK customers must return the goods to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and insured for the goods’ full value.

    The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. The goods must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. We are not liable to refund you any moneys if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount due to your credit card within 30 working days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.

    4. ONLINE STORE TERMS

    By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

    You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

    You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

    A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR UK ORDERS

    We endeavor to dispatch all orders within two working days.

    Delivery charges are free within the UK.

    We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service.

    If you place your order online on Friday before 1pm, it will be processed and posted on Friday for a Monday delivery.

    A Saturday delivery can be requested.

    Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so you will need to be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive the parcel, a Special Delivery Notification Card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect the parcel from your local collection depot.

    Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

    Please note that there are some remote areas within the UK where the Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery, such as Highlands and Islands.

    DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    For all overseas order we ship via FedEx International and aim to send your order out the next working day. Once shipped your order should be with you between 2-3 working days. We do not ship to Russia.

    There is a postage and packaging charge for all overseas orders. The shipping costs will be automatically added to your order.

    This cost varies from country to country and is subject to change at our discretion. All countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

    For international shipping ALL duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

    You will be given a tracking number to track the progress of your FedEx parcel.

    LONDON SAME DAY DELIVERY

    For urgent orders to any London postcode you may use our London Same Day Courier Service for which we charge a flat fee of £20. This includes full insurance cover. Please call +44 (0)7801304241 to arrange this.
